I use the Checkers house brand smooth and tangy lite Mayo, it only has 47 cal per Tbs😁

May I ask what your daily Calorie target is? And do you exercise? I weight exactly what you weighed before and would like to get to 65kg
Also how long did it take you to get from 71kg to where you are now?
