Well won't miss processed foods at all just a quick way out of meal planning !!! But one or two problems ; having a hard time kicking white sugar in coffee and tea !!! I know white sugar is processed and total carbs !!!! I also had some bread yesterday before the challenge started !!!! Oh no !!!! I'm gonna trie my best to either cut down on the sugar or just eliminate it !!!! Wish me luck !!!!

My weight has been gradually climbing and im back to the weight i was at last December. How discouraging !!!
