Back on track today with my eating and doing carbs through veggies more than the other stuff. Hoping thats going to make the scales move a bit. But my cloths are getting loose and had to keep pulling up my pants on my walk today so thats a good thing

Have you read any diet books or tried to follow a specific plan? It's hard to tell what you're aiming at, exactly. Low carb? Low calorie? One of the best books I've read, that makes everything understandable and easy, is "Protein Power" by the Drs. Eades. You can get a used copy super-cheap on Amazon. Also, try watching "Fat Head" (you'll see the two Drs. Eades in that). You can watch it free on Hulu.com. Good luck!!
