You must be a great cook all your meals look so good and still you managed to shed the pounds! 👍 I’m new to the journal haven’t yet made a post till now. But you inspire me to eat healthy and in proportion. Food doesn’t have to be disgusting to lose weight. 😊

MAL, no food can be be tasty & you can eat a variety of different things. I didn't eliminate any foods when I was losing. Portions may have been a tad bit smaller and I may have eaten some higher calorie options less often. After I hit goal I was able to increase my total calories to allow a few more indulgences. I do still count calories & try to eat in balance. That's how I've been able to maintain for over a year....for the first time ever! Welcome & good luck!

Thanks for the encouragement! I used to love to cook and still would more than I do, but this pinched nerve is causing me to not be able to stand for long at a time and therefore I’m trying to figure out how to simplify. I simply must cut out the blue bunny ice cream bars😬that is going to help! 😅
