Hello Hannah, you look fantastic very well done. Keeping the weight off is the biggest target. I should know I've been fighting against fat for fifty years, I am now 63. I come from a family who are easily plump, but in the past never took their weight off. I was getting big when I was 11 years old and my mother put me on a diet. And since then I've been fighting the flab. When I was in my 20 to 40's I swam, cycle, aerobic and yoga and zumba etc. Now I just walk. Until I retire. Then I will do more again. As my cleaning job is quite physical. Gone on too much. (Sorry) . Have a headache pill, after reading all this. Best wishes Merry Mel ❤.
