Need to change my exercise routine some. I am finding the need to do some different things. Having some anxiety over doing one of my routines and so I am going to give myself a break from it for a while. It's really an intense calorie burner but I don't need to stress over it.
56.4 kg Lost so far: 66.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
