Homemade flatbread is the BEST. It takes about 20 min to make and contains no sugar or yeast. Flour, ( I use stoneground Eureka white bread flour), olive oil, salt and cold water.Love it!

I don't actually have quanteties. I just wing it, but I have been baking my pwn bread that it comes naturally to me. I will mak another one tomorrow , try to measure it out and share it.
