@irvan apakh ada yg salah?,diet itu bukan tentang bikin badan jadi tulang ,tp LBH belajar untuk defkal tanpa menyiksa badan dan mbentuk otot juga ,,bukan asl2 an diet tanpa olahraga makn dibawah bmr yg akan merusak badan ,,sampai sini paham
