Perjalanan masih panjang, perjuangan turun BB 12 Kg, sangat disyukuri. Bonus badan lebih sehat. Terasa fit dan fresh. Pegal2 di pagi hari, lutut dan tumit sakit menopang BB, Alhamdulillah sudah hilang. Lebih lincah, lebib happy.
