so bad. i have been a bottomless pit. eating like t teenage boy. if i saw it and it was food it went in my mouth. nevermind. onward and upward. time to get myself back into action. on the plus side i love seeing more sunshine. beautiful my mum came down (up?) and gave me some duck eggs. they are full of protein and delicious. also she is good for my soul. i think i spent all yesterday talking and talking and talking. love it. just a perfect visit. and we went to the botanic gardens and the wool museum. so with my new good mood im sure ill be back on track in no time at all. keep sending us that beautiful sunshine.
