Monday, Stayed clean all week-end and was rewarded with one pound loss this week.At least its not a pound gained.Its ok because so far I have lost a total of 9 inches. I like those numbers better. Had a typical Italian/B-Day Dinner Sunday and I was ok with the family eating pasta,chicken parm,roasted potatoes,garlic bread,cake,cookies.I had a plan and I stuck to it.(unbreaded chicken with cheese,aparagus,and salad.After dinner they(the family)all wanted to take a nap.I wasn't tired so I took a walk to the local park. Hehehehe

30 mins treadmill=1 1/2 mile incline 3 30 mins recumbent cross trainer 20 mins upper body strengh train 10 mins warm-up yoga 10 mins recumbent bike
