I thought other people did this…not me. No sugar, no beer, no passing out after drinking too much and binging on ice cream and cookies. Responsible eating and physical activity are the only things I need. Crazy…we’re still working. LFG!

I did no sweets for two weeks and my weight plateau broke. I was so happy. Starting on November I am going to do two months. Might lose those last 4-5 lbs.

Nicely done. How long did the total journey take?
No beer, no alcohol. Done & done. Still working on no sweet.

Thanks everyone…AC I started July 6th and eased into reduced alcohol consumption. Now I have maybe two to three drinks per week. Sweets were easy, oddly enough. Maybe it’s because I had done keto once before but didn’t maintain afterwards. This time everything feels different…started strength training about 45 days ago, eating way more veggies than I’ve ever eaten and actually enjoying them. I’m pretending I’m a high performance car that requires 93 octane…87 won’t cut it. I’ve been adding back healthy carbs, but not too much, 100-125g/day. 165lbs is the basement and I don’t want to drop below that weight so I might get to eat some more soon although I hardly ever feel hungry now as it is. Still amazed myself.🤔

What a difference. Healthier and ease of movement is promotional. I do not believe that you and tho other FS members who have accomplished so much change in such a short time truly realize how much of a positive influence that you have on people. Your self empowerment - not only validates your own journey but fuels everyone else. HK3 you are motivational.

Nice work. Keto lifestyle works and isn’t as hard as people may think.
