A little bit of exercise does help with the cramping but if you're on a heavy flow day you may have no energy. Take it slow. I personally don't until the last few days.

Yes 100% it always makes me feel better. It’s the hardest time for me to be motivated so I know if o can work out and meet my goals then the rest of the month is a breeze. I feel very low energy during that time and it’s physically hard to get moving but it’s always good

I honestly don’t. I mostly feel bloated for the first three days. Even if I want to, I prefer just walking :)

Yes. I get seriously bad cramps and a few other issues caused from babies but I make sure I keep going. I sometimes adjust (eg I prefer to walk on the flat rather than a hill) but I still do strength training. It is because my mental health suffers when I have my period and exercise always makes me feel better longer term. It’s hard but worth it for me

I hardly exercise that much when I get my monthly period. I get a discomfort when I get my periods so I sit down and get a hot water bottle on my bladder area to help with my discomfort for my periods.
