After a week of traveling and eating out A LOT, I am faced with losing about 5-7 lbs for when the hubs comes home. I'm back on Atkins for a couple of weeks to jump start healthy eating again. I had a shake for breakfast followed by two great meals and a snack. I wanted the second twix that I had saved from yesterday. I could hear it calling out my name. I drank water instead. I want a donut!
