In my first week of Owl. I decided to add almonds...But I can't wait for the berries.Everything is going very well and I hope everyone is having the same good experince Iam with Atkins. I just need to cut back on my cholesterol #s on some days.

Kimmer - you know you can always skip the almonds and add some berries first if you'd like, then come back to the nut rung the next week or so. It even says so in NANY! :)
