kalo cardio, latihannya apa kak? aku soalnya lebih suka beban dibanding cardio, cuman pengen nyoba cardio soalnya lemaknya masih numpuk di perut jdi biar bisa seimbang sama defkal

@jumuwi Hmm jujur lg ga itung2an si beberapa minggu ini. Tp mungkin harusnya di 1800-2000 ya..

@vyazz Aku sih suka zumba. Tp paling seminggu sekali. Biasanya latihan beban aja 3-4x seminggu.
