Apparently you know your way around a kitchen and have chef doctored the ground beef to a very tasty mix. and your photo makes it appear appealing high protein, decent fat and low cal., a good formula,
So many posts are heavy greasy plates of food that makes one wonder about their concept of "diet." or worse wonder what was really on the plate.

I have much more to lose than you ever will. In fact by this time next year I will have lost a whole size YOU. hahahaha
At Aldi's i bought a packaged and baked 1/2 real deal turkey breast. Cut it into 3 large portions, put 2 away and sliced one. Placed it in a sauce pan with gravy, corn and mixed veggies, salt pepper heat and ATE IT. not even 300 calories.
For desert. Aldi's -well almost every store too, have frozen berry medley over a little bit of Special K or Wheaties, with a tiny bit of honey no milk just crunchy fruity deeeelissssh
Anyway nice taking with you very pleased you understand my sense of humor.
