Back on that anabolic lifestyle. I feel so much better now! Don't feel as bloated or lethargic during the day. complete night and day to just last week I know it's only been a few days, but man this feels great! Feeling like myself again. Adding HIIT this weekend, not looking forward to that lol. But can't be getting winded during a short foot pursuit, man was I gassed on the last one. Got em, but damn thought I was gonna die 😳🤦♂️😂🤣.
