Don't feel bad, we all mess up sometimes. Look at my calendar if you want proof of that. The important thing is to just keep keep working at it and take it one day at a time. Slow and steady wins the race, isn't that what they say?

Personally, I have found that there are days where I overeat, but I tend to naturally eat less the following day. Consider: It's only failure if you stop trying. Don't get rid of your standards, but if you don't live up to them one day, don't beat yourself down so much that you don't want to continue dieting. Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and try it again the next day. You've got this!

Weak and Foolish? NO! Human, Yes! The thing is you realize what is happening and are not denying it. Learn from it and go on. I find myself that I have an "all or nothing" mindset and that is not in any way helpful. If I don't do everything perfectly, I just want to say the heck with it all. All this does is set me up to fail, and as we all know perfection is unattainable but progress is. You are doing good exercising. Count that and your other achievements before you count yourself out! YOU CAN DO THIS! We are here to support you - good days and bad.

Thank you so much for the encouragement Riku and Jazzy. I get so down on myself when I don't adhere to what I've set as my goals. Tomorrow is another day. thanks again
