So I just want to share My journey so after covid I gained a lot of weight because I was eating out a lot I went from 174 to 200.9 and the I'm indecided that I'd finally try and lose weight and realize how easy it can be just by watching your calories because I'm pretty much allergic to all fruit is fruit carrots corn wheat nuts and oats so it's very hard for me to find something, But so far I've lost 15 pounds since I started this journey in July
