Setor lingkar perut ahhh. Start dari 96. Mandeg di 83-84 se bln lebih. Alhamdulillah udh di 80. Padahal habis makan siang 390 kalori porsi kenyang bgt. Tp perut msh terlihat uncit sih. Hhmmm yuk bisa yuk. Kencengin dumbell-an lagi yuk.
