Fighting with a huge plateau. I'm stucked at 68 kg for the last 1 month however I'm shrinking in dimensions. I can fit in clothes I used to fit when I was 58 kg, so I guess that's some good news. Doing mountain of crunches as my abs are in bad condition, and looking forward to reach 67 kg. Goal weight seems quite far away. 10 more kg(22 pounds) to lose, it's like I'm 1/2 of the way. Already thought what will be the reward for reaching there: a brand new wardrobe as I'm coming close to reach 30 and I guess I cannot wear highschool clothes anymore :) Was also thinking of a liposuction after reaching the goalweight (there are some problem areas like the lovehandles that everybody is commenting on and some micro lipo can fix them).

I'm still not sure if I should take supplements. Sometimes used to take Carnitine combined with sport and for me they seemed to do some good job, but didn't take anymore at some point (don't know why). Maybe I should go back to using that one. I don't know much about other supplements that can help weightloss except eating certain stuff like pineapple or certain type of berries.

Tried at some point Insanity but it's too tough for me. Probably I would get nice results doing it fully. Need to put myself back together and get more serious about this weight stuff and go further. It's good fatsecret has reminders, because otherwise some ppl like me would just quit, but this way it's supporting you to go further.
