Thank you all, sugars are running low 90's for lows and 130's for the highs, only thing im taking is ozempic on sunday, and steglatro each morning, no more basaglar and no more admelog,, am taking a metabolism booster each morning its a rx

How did i do it, ,,,, well,,, i dont know just stuck with what felt good, and my body according to endocrinologist is also recovering from a year of a bad covid hit, which threw me into a complete body melt down, im not sure i believe all the covid hoopla but it sure wrecked havoc on my organs,
