Healthy mind- 3 things I am thankful for or positives for the day:
1) Opening my eyes to another day on this journey! ❤️
2) I've been successful at eating vegetables every day now for 2 plus weeks. 🥕🥑🌽🍅🥬🥒🥦🍠🥔
3) I've been consistently walking my steps 6 out of the past 6 days. 😁🚶🏼‍♀️
