Healthy mind- 3 things I am thankful for or positives for the day: 1) My grandchildren. 🤗 2) I was able to get out and walk 1 mile on flat ground after work today. 🚶🏼♀️ 3) I've had 2 nights in a row with good sleep and without waking up throughout the night. 😁

Sleeping well is everything. I'm a jealous insomniac but really glad you had 2 good nights in a row. What's your secret?

I know what you mean!! It's been months since I've been able to sleep through the night. I usually wake up every night between 2:30-4am. The only thing I've really changed is getting an evening walk in. Maybe the fresh air? Last night I went to bed at 10pm and slept till 5:45am when my husband woke up for work.

Those are awesome positives. If only we all had those 3 everyday we wouldn't be so f'n cranky. LOL JJK Anyways, My 3-things of positivity for today are: 1). Thank you, Lord, for the air we breathe everyday. 2). Thank you, Lord, for the food you give us each and everyday. 3). Thank you, Lord, for all your blessings that you shower on us everyday. ..Amen
