Been having a few too many cocktails over the last few days but been celebrating finishing assignments.
From tomorrow I’ll be completely wholesome again 🙈😂

My weight always goes up after drinking but if you get back on track it should come down quickly again.. I think a lot of it is like water retention due to the alcohol

If you're an endomorph you don't burn much fat if you drink alcohol. So it's actually quiet tricky for me to drink. So I'm not having anything this month

Yeah that’s so true and it’s really messing with my general mood and motivation the next day which doesn’t make it worth it. I rate I’m just going to lay off for a while 🌞 sparkling water with fresh berries is just as festive!
