I actually felt super human at the gym today. I ran and ran and ran like a crazy person and wasnt that tired. I did weights like a demon and squatted like my life depended on it. I had gone on an empty stomach but i had taken my vitamins in the morning so maybe that all helped and also maybe the carbs i had for dinner yesterday. Either way I'm feeling alot better than i have in a while. Away this weekend visiting friends so no gym and going to put my low calorie eating to the test :) I have faith in myself though.
