Nice. I tried riding the Peleton bike at a hotel in Key West and it can make you work your legs. It was fun too to see your name on the board either going on top of the list or bottom.

Did you get on the Peloton? Is it worth the price tag?

It wanted me to create an account…nope.

I took a 1.5 mile walk to go get Johnny Walker instead😆

I tried the peloton this morning…20 minutes…holy crap. Sweat dripping like crazy…200 calories burned.

Good for you. Kcal burn, detox, endorphins....Woohoo.
Legs feel like jelly yet?

I’ve been trying to ride at least once a week outdoors at home for an hour so 20 minutes doesn’t kill my legs, but I did some dumbbell exercises afterwards and it seemed tougher. I wonder if I always sweat that much and perhaps the lower temperatures and wind makes it less apparent?
