This weekend turned into a carb festival. Back to back family parties and way too many folks egging me on to try things(food of course); I caved both days. Tonight I'm cleaning out & starting fresh in the morning. I figured a good clean out and a 16 hour fast should get things balanced again. Have a great night and thank you all for being there.
