am eating lots of junk at work... very bad. i won't even get on the scale bc i know the numbers will be the same.

Don't give up just start over no matter how many times it takes. Hope things get better. The more sweets I eat the more I want, carbs. make u crave them so eat less of them and more protein and u won't crave as much.I think alot of mine is eating out of habit, having to retrain my mind on the way I eat.
