My weight graph looks like an airplane altitude chart coming in for a landing. Steep descent at first and then a leveling off into a slow slow slow push lower…almost flat curve. Totally true.

So much of the small daily fluctuations are not actual changes in your “fat” content but a reflection of the amount of body WASTE you have stacked up in your colon

Chart on the right is what mine looks like. Two steps forward and one step back.

This is what everyone’s should look like—- life does not move in a straight line. Too many variables. There is nothing wrong with a jig zag.

Yep. I'm definitely a zig zag body. Frustrating but true.

Well - when you are Obese and your heart starts to really hurt you - chest clutching pain and facing possible death ... you can either choose the right path or not ... either way you are going down. So Death is highly motivational for going down ...... I can always live in a ZIG ZAG world as a healthy person - figuring out to eat the A&W Buddy Burger with cheese and onions - when I no longer have to clutch my heart while I read the menu. For me it is a "no choice option" --- I either choose to "go down" or I am "going down". It was time to ADULT UP.

Yup. Not just how dietary life works, life in general.
Here is to more🤗😊👍days. Cheers, Happy Monday. Rainy here on the east coast. All good. That means no need to water garden.
Although, I hope it dries up soon so we can get a decent change to foliage for a nice fall scenery.
