I have been eating cereal for a snack at night. I know this may not be the best choice, as I love corn pops. I have been measuring out a serving or maybe 2 depending on how many calories I already had that day. But last night I decided that I would just get the box and eat a few handfuls. Bad, bad, bad idea. Before I knew it I had eaten about half of the box. No more handfuls for me, measuring only. Today is a new day!!
