OK, so i started my 10 mile challenge...Yesterday I walked 3 miles around my complex..Every walk around equals 1/2 a mile and it takes 10 minutes..So I walked around 6 times for an hour which ='s the 3 miles..It felt great!! I put on my MP3 which makes it sooo much fun..
Today I had a great work-out too..didnt walk bcuz i am going to do it every other day, but made sure i got moving and sweating..
Im still feeling sick from that bad cold I had, my left ear hurts and my left eye is a bit swollen..LOL..I honestly believe I am being tested to see if I quit..But i am so serious about this that it's gonna take more then a little cold to take me down!!!!!
