Sejujurnya udah pernah diet ngasal, makan dikit doang, keknya 1000kal aja, ga sampe BMR. Tentu aja sebulan gak kuat.. Baru tahun lalu belajar yang bener, setelah sakit. Akhirnya sekarang udah jadi lifestyle makan-istirahat lebih balance :)
