I've been letting go for a while now and not capturing all the food that I eat. So today I'm starting with a fresh start again and hope to get back on track. I haven't weight myself for a few weeks now, but will start eating healthy again. I'm not going to lose everything that I worked so hard for over the past 3 months :)
