Felt good to get back into it last night with squash. Tonight I am going to step class. I feel motivated again! Yay!

I think I will alternate squash with Bikram yoga. My right arm is achey from gardening and playing squash.

Does anyone know what Bikram Yoga compares to in the excercise calendar?
