Does anyone else not track coffee itself (I track the creamer) ? It’s like less than 5 calories

I don't track coffee or tea. I drink coffee black/no sweetener, and on the rare occasion I want sweet tea, I use stevia. I also don't track the supplements I take for my arthritis, although I'm sure they have a few calories.

I track coffee-mate & creamer. It's the fat & sugar. If I don't track I tend to over pour in the am pre caffeine.
