I feel so tired and un-motivated today. All I want to do is have sugar! This no sugar thing is really hard...

I wonder if I'll have enough energy to play a good game of squash tonight? groan...

What in the world is squash, I have heard of it but I have no clue? I understand how the sugar goes, or rather doesn't go. I crave sugar a lot. I did hear however that a craving only lasts 10 minutes, so if you find something else to do it will pass. My only problem is that it comes back. Good Luck!

Squash is like handball or raquet ball... sorta like tennis but faster and in a room.
