@fathanfaqih firdaus wah kalau turun 10 kg sebulan udah super duper banyak bgt kak. Normal nya 1 bualan itu 3-5kg an. Awal diet aku turun 8kg, mungkin karena aku obesitas 2 jadi turun nya cepet.
Yups betul kak, jaga pola makan, cuma kalau OCD aku belum pernah coba sama sekali. 😁
