A week and a half long vacation with desserts, drinks and the only work out being the four flights of stairs up to the beach condo. #worthit Letting go every once and a while is great, but the cool part is afterwards I literally could feel my body wishing for better food and more activity. So happy to get back to it!!!! I'll admit I didn't weigh in right back from vacation I was too nervous, so I gave myself a few days of conscious eating before I did. What's really exciting is that my husband is excited to start eating better and get back in shape too!!!! I'm so excited to be his cheerleader during his journey!
