Okay so after being off diet for a month or more I'm back. I've still been exercising and everything but I'm been eating nothing but junk fried foods and sweets. Lots of sweets. It was wonderful and I really didn't gain much back. I would have started logging today but 1. I couldn't get logged in to FS on my PC until just a little while ago and 2. my new digital food scale just came in the mail this afternoon. (I really liked my sister's that weighs in grams and ounces and I really wanted one for my own.)
So yeah, back to measuring and keeping track, healthier choices and hopefully some weight loss.
