enak pol,reward turun 2 kilo,nih ya kmrin2 selama sebulan aq tiap hari nge es (cendol,campur,jus dll) trs ngemil (pukis,getuk,kerupuk,gorengan,cilok,mie),setelah hampir 2 minggu d cut,balik dong ke 50kg
