resep sawi gulung:
- sawi 6 lembar direbus sampai daunnya jadi agak nerawang
- untuk isiannya ak pake tahu 100gr, telur 1, wortel 50gr (diparut), buncis 30gr (potong kecil2), masako, lada, minyak wijen 1sdt. semua dicampur aja jadi satu
- gulung isiannya dengan sawi yg udh direbus. kukus selama 15 menit

resep saos: tumis baput 2 siung, masukkin (air, saos tomat 1sdm, kecap manis 1sdt, saos tiram 1sdt, lada, masako), dukaduk, kasi air maizena dikit. jadi deh :)

kak boleh tanya..kalau misal kita defkal seharian makan ikan sayur lodeh trus buah"an..sorenya oat telur rebus..tp kandungan karbonya bnyk sendiri itu gpp ta??ttep bisa turun ngk ya
