Ok. Today was the first day of Prep and I think I did really well. I was even able to say no to an oatmeal cream pie that my sister offered me. Right now though I'm really craving sugar and caffeine; I want a big bowl of pasta, a cherry coke, and some oreos with milk. I have to just keep telling myself no! At least I have someone special there to support me. Josh is giving up smoking so that we can go through this together and I think its really going to help me stay motivated.
