I had a really good day. Food was fine and I figured out how to sync between Fitbit and Fatsecret. Actually found it looking around on the site, it's an app called FitMess. It's not perfect, but it gets (some of) it done. My fasting BG was a bit high, but the rest of the day was just fine.
I had a really nice walk this AM--only about a km, but given that I could not walk across the room a couple of months ago, I'll take it. We have a small wetland just down the block. The trail around the perimeter is about 1.5 km, but there are paths and bridges that can make the walk shorter or longer.
We had a friend over for dinner. I made a great antipasto then asparagus and salmon on the grill. Yum and healthy, too. I just skipped the bread and couscous.
As I said, it was a good day.
