Friday night under the lights … eating at the upper range of my 1000 calories per day. Spaghetti with meat sauce ( homemade, cooked 6 hours no sugar added) on hearts of palm pasta. And a green salad is about 404 calories. For me that’s a huge splurge since I average 750 calories a day!
Actually it tasted good. It’s all about managing your expectations. Don’t know if this pic will load….. I’m new at this 😎
