Fresh broccoli and tomatoes. I splurged and put some extra virgin olive oil on today. Plus fresh ground black pepper, Himalayan sea salt, Italian spices, and ginger.

Do you think your intake of turmeric and ginger and cinnamon is busting your metabolism !

Hi, William. I take turmeric for anti-cancer properties, but they all are anti-inflammatory, which is my goal. I don't think they have a significant effect on my metabolism. Thanks, Kat. Yes, that sounds great.

Looks delicious Bill. I've been using a little lemon infused olive oil on my salads, I really like it.

That sounds great, Shirl. We have some lemon pepper seasoning. I may try that soon.

I love how you say you're splurging with EVOO. I will be saying that at some time the future when I hit my stride. Also, use a lot if Tumeric & black pepper for anti inflammatory properties. We go through quite a bit ginger, papaya, blueberries in our house for the same reason.
