So close to Onederland, i can almost feel it! I haven't been this close for probably 5 years, when i really started to only see the numbers go up, and never down. It feels great and it also feels scary.

I don't every want to see myself get back up to 224! Thinking about that now, and looking at my body, it seems crazy that i was "ok" with myself then, because i'm certainly not "ok" with myself at this weight.

Sheesh! What a process. I do believe that because it's coming off slowly i really am learning about how to live life healthfully. It's not some fad diet, it's just living right.

It's this thought that makes me realize that there's really no reason why i should ever get back up to 224 (or even 231 at one point), because i can do this! It's not THAT hard. I have been able to enjoy "off plan" things, and it doesn't derail me. That's been a huge lesson. I can eat something crazy and get right back on the horse and continue losing.

Anyway, here's to onederland, whenever you happen to find me, but i WILL find you! :-)
