This is frustrating, a 2 pound gain from yesterday after being so careful! If I keep going at this rate, I'm going to have no choice but to go back to hCG next week, and I really don't want to have to do that. Just complaining.

I suspect that the gain is fluid due to sodium in the in and out burger. Processed and fast foods are notorious for that. Hang in there, it'll be gone in a day or two.

You were right about that. I have lost almost all of that 2 pound gain. I didn't think that burger would have any effect without the bun. Now I know better! Or at least I know what to expect! :)
