Worked on getting back on track yesterday and it seems to be paying off. The one day downward trend is a great mood lifter and confidence builder 😂

I can lose weight without over exercising (or hardly exercising) and being hungry all the time🥳

The chronic fatigue is getting better and the fibromyalgia is manageable, so today is good 👍 oh, and the headache is gone this morning, it’s been appearing around 1 pm for the last two days and approaching migraine level. No niggling this morning so I should be okay today.
102.3 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 32.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
